My First Assignment
Yesterday was a big day for me – it was my first billable assignment as a consultant plus it was my first customer visit on my own. I’m so glad it went well and was not too difficult, I was really nervous the day before.

I was nervous on many of my early assignments, if I’m honest. Confidence is just something that grows on you… I’m generally better now and relish each new assignment, but sometimes one will come up where I get a bit edgy the night before.
